I Have Lost 13 Pounds So Far!!!

I have lost 13 pounds so far with Organic Liaison since January and honestly, I feel like I wasn’t even trying-it was that easy. I love Rescue Me, Release Me and Nightingale. Elvis Impersonator Loses 37 Pounds!

I am originally from Boston and have always been a big fan of Kirstie Alley since the “Cheers” days. The diet is working great, I have currently lost 37 pounds in the 64 days since I started...I was the #1 Elvis impersonator in Las Vegas several years ago and I hadn’t performed in years...I wanted to make a comeback but I couldn’t fit into my Elvis costumes...I’m happy to say that I now fit into them again (thanks to Organic Liaison) and I will be competing in the “Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist” contest this weekend! Aerialist Bobby Stays Fit 30 Feet Off the Ground - Loses 28 Pounds!

People have all kinds of reasons for wanting to eat healthier, become more fit, and lose weight. For one of our members this is not just a goal, it is a necessity! Organic Liaison member, Bobby Hedglin-Taylor, is an Aerialist. For those not familiar with this art form, aerial work is another form of dance. Your dance floor is no longer a hardwood floor. It’s a 30-foot piece of fabric or a bar with two ropes. Your dance floor becomes vertical. You’re not dealing with the constraints of the ground. It literally becomes an aerial dance. “Several years ago, I was doing the show BARNUM in Vermont and I felt a slight pain in my back and thought, ‘that's strange’. No dramatic injury, no falls, just an ‘uncomfortable feeling’ in my lower spine. I was at my top weight of 195lbs. I went to the Doctor and discovered there were physical injuries. This was a huge blow to my career and self-esteem. I'm in my late 40's and being 30 lbs over weight was not how I saw myself in the next chapter of my life. I started Physical Therapy and other medical handlings including four different pain meds and muscle relaxers. I had to do something. Topping out at 195 lbs, my family all noticed my weight gain and commented about it. I said, ‘I'm going to do something about this weight loss if it kills me...’ because it WAS killing me! I had cholesterol levels that were sky high; triglycerides and other blood work were also above the norm. I was indeed miserable. Shortly afterward, I heard from Kirstie via Twitter that she was starting her own weight loss system, and then the advent of Phitter led me to find healthier choices. I started with Kirsties' suggestions of stopping all sugar, dairy, soda and processed foods. I started to lose weight, fast, and my clothes started to feel looser. Since starting with the OL program, I have lost 28 pounds. I'm so happy that when I weighed myself, it made me cry. I feel fantastic and I have more energy! I've Lost 50 Pounds So Far!

I’ve lost 50 pounds so far on Organic Liaison, and I’m excited. I can’t wait to lose the rest. I feel like a new man. Losing this weight has changed my life dramatically. I don’t get tired going up the stairs. I can actually bend down and cut my own toe nails, which is a plus. My blood pressure medicine has been cut down to 1/4 now. I’m thinking pretty soon I’ll be completely off of it. My wife is excited I’m losing this weight because I look better, I can actually last when doing events with her! From a Size 16 to a Size 8 to my First Marathon Featured Article by Organic Liaison Member Sunny S., who has lost over 50 pounds over the last year with the OL program. 	In a little less than a year, I have almost reached my weight loss goal. The vision of going from a size 16 to an 8 was what first brought me to Kirstie’s Organic Liaison program. Today, I feel more confident; I have embraced my inner athlete; and I can wear clothes that I used to envy seeing fit on others. I have started to unlock new passions, ideas, and values. The Organic Liaison Life style has not just been a weight loss journey; it has been a source of empowerment and a continuous opportunity to introduce myself to who I can be when I remove fears, excuses, and unhealthy habits from my life! As I continue to learn, build tools, and gain inspiration from the Organic Liaison journey, I am reminded that: with a little health behind us, anything is possible. We can change our choices and our lives. And the steps to build that foundation towards change do not have to be big, hard, or un-ordinary; small steps and habits can help us achieve extraordinary goals. A little less than a year ago, I was getting off the subway in NYC. I had to walk up the stairs from the train to get outside. The whole time, I was struggling to get up the steps. After walking a few blocks I felt tired and defeated. Deep down, my inner athlete was fighting to breathe, seemingly saying, “What happened? When did you get this out of shape?”
This past weekend I was in NYC again. I walked up the steps from the train, and, before I even realized it, I’d gone nearly 30 blocks. What’s changed? ME! Thanks to OL, I have learned that I have a passion towards health and that I can be an athlete. After the New Year, I started running and kept thinking about my approaching my 30th Birthday (July). One thing led to another, and as I was drinking my Rescue Me one morning, I emailed a friend about a marathon I wanted to run 4 days after my birthday. Before I knew it, I was researching training programs, buying running shoes, and building confidence as a runner. Now I run 5-6 miles regularly, and 10-12 miles a couple times a week. I have officially signed up for the race and plan during the first weekend in August plan to complete my first marathon. A friend asked me how I have embraced my health and inner athlete. My reply was: I began with Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liaison program and finding out about healthy organic foods. Then I joined a gym and started to build strength and confidence. Along the way, I have discovered a few everyday habits that have helped me get big results.

Patti: I Lost over 40 lbs. in 4 months!

I used to eat uncontrollably. I looked in the mirror after hitting 202 and said, “NOPE not doing this.” Kristie Alley was doing Jenny Craig. I started and could only lose 12 lbs.; I still was not able to cook or pick the correct foods. I tried Weight Watchers, then the South Beach, Atkins, Dukan diets. I was ready to give up. Last year, I watched Kristie on “Dancing with the Stars” and decided to Google how she was losing weight… with Organic Liaison. I thought about it as if it was just another program to me. As I sit down to write on the eve of my 50 pound weight loss with Organic Liaison, I think back to June of last year. I remember imagining this milestone and how reaching this point would mean that I would be only 5 pounds from my absolute weight goal. Before becoming a member of Organic Liaison, I had previously lost 90 pounds on my own. While maintaining that accomplishment for a few years, I had settled on my success, but I still hadn’t reached my optimal healthy weight. There was so much more I needed to learn. Organic Liaison seemed to step in and provide me with all the resources for the next leg of my weight loss journey. When my first Organic Liaison Rescue Kit arrived, I was so excited to open the box, to check out all the products. Though I felt both physically and emotionally drained that day, I was hopeful for what the Organic Liaison program had in store for me. I couldn’t fathom then how I would completely transform myself physically, mentally, and spiritually, over the next nine months. I knew I’d look and feel different, but whoa – nothing could prepare me for what I’ve done for myself.
